One of the fastest recovery rates of any residential hot water heat pump in New Zealand — 110 L/hr competes strongly.
The split system design places a more powerful outdoor unit (4.58kW heating capacity) separately from the indoor tank, enabling that high output. It also operates down to −15°C. The lowest minimum ambient temperature of any unit in the NZ market, making it suitable for even the coldest South Island conditions.
Features:

The trade-off is R32 refrigerant (GWP 675) (rather than the ultra-low R290 or CO2 used in the Daikin, Panasonic and Reclaim split units).
Then there is also the higher noise at 52 dB(A) measured at a distance of 1 meter - with other split units sitting at 37 dB(A).
